HOME TOURNAMENT PAYMENT
I will try to explain the different options for Home Tournament Payment methods….
1. All players will pay $14.00 Tournament entry fees to Woodley Lakes Men’s Club (not to the Starter).
Regular players can pay for your green fees to the starter using Scrip, Cash & Credit Cards at the same time you can pay for your carts if you are riding.
Seniors players with LA city cards get a discount when presented to the starter to pay for your green fees. Also pay using Scrip, Cash & Credit Cards at the same time you can pay for your carts if you are riding
Option 1) Mail prior to Tournament deadline to Tournament Director (Check Only!)
(Option2) Pay in Envelope place in box day of the Tournament
Express Check In - $42.00 (Circle: Cash/Check ONLY — includes $28.00 Green Fee and
$14.00 Tournament Entry Fee)
Regular Tournament Entry Fee $14.00 Cash/Check) Pay in Envelope (not to Starter)
(City comp) Tournament Entry Fee $14.00 (Cash/Check) Pay in Envelope (not to starter)
LA Senior Card Tournament Entry Fee $14.00 Cash/Check Pay in Envelope (not to starter)
Green fees $28.00 - use Scrip, Cash & Credit Cards Pay Starter
Senior card holders receive discount

Gross Skins…. $5.00 ____ Closest to Pin… $5.00 ____
Net Skins ……. $5.00 ____
Bottom Line Regular players pay a total of $42.00
Senior with city cards pays a total of $33.00
City Comp pays $14.00 only
