| Reminder: If you cannot play you MUST call to cancel your entry. Before the day |
| of the tournament call Dale Pettet 818-887-4574. Before 8AM the morning |
| of the tournament call the Woodley Starter at (818)780-6886. If you fail to |
| cancel in time you will still be required to pay the tournament fees. |
| If rain is a possibility to cancel the tournament... it is the responsibility of each Player to call the golf course |
| at least one hour prior to 1st tee time to verify if the tournament is cancelled. If it is walking only it may still be |
| played with a short field. Players riding may opt to play. If the tournament is cancelled - players who paid by |
| check prior to tournament will have their checks shredded. The next tournament you enter requires a new check. |
